On 4th July at 10:00am, Kingston Barnes are stepping into the ring to take on a brutal 25,000 rep challenge in support of Empire Fighting Chance.

We’re smashing through a punishing mix of exercises including skipping, pad work, heavy bag punches, battle ropes and the speed ball — all to raise vital funds for Empire’s incredible work with young people.

That’s 1,250 reps each.
25,000 reps in total.
All for a knockout cause.
